OPERATING, AND/OR RIDING ON ATVS IS CONSIDERED AN EXTREME SPORT AND DOES REQUIRE PERSONS TO PHYSICALLY MAINTAIN AND OPERATE THE ATV IN A SAFE AND RESPONSIBLE MANNER.  YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF OTHER PARTICIPANTS.  FAILURE TO OPERATE THE ATV IN A SAFE MANNER MAY RESULT IN INJURY OR DEATH TO YOURSELF OR OTHER PARTICIPANTS.

ATV RIDING EXPOSES YOU TO THE ELEMENTS, IT'S A GOOD IDEA TO DRESS IN LAYERS TO DEAL WITH CHANGING TEMPERATURES. THE NORTH WOODS CLIMATE IN WHICH WE RIDE IN INVOLVES TEMPERATURE CHANGES. IT IS UNTAMED WILDERNESS AND PARTICIPANTS MAY ENCOUNTER RAIN, SNOW, ANIMALS, AND REPTILES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:  COYOTES, WOLVES, BEAR, CATTLE, HORSES, DEER ****MAKE SURE TO BRING SUNGLASSES***** OR GOGGLES, BUG SPRAY, SUNSCREEN, LONG PANTS, A JACKET OR HOODIE TENNIS SHOES OR HIKING BOOTS, AND A CAMERA.

IF YOU WEAR CONTACTS REMOVE THEM!!!!! WEAR PRESCRIPTION GLASSES IF YOU NEED THEM TO SEE, THE DUST CAN BE THICK AND IT WILL IRRITATE YOUR EYES IF YOU HAVE CONTACT LENSES!!! ALSO BRING SOME WATER. PLEASE NOTIFY TOUR GUIDE OF ANY ALLERGIES YOU OR YOUR PARTY MAY HAVE. DRUGS, ALCOHOL, AND FIREARMS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON ANY TOURS.

Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, participants under the age of 21 can only be passengers, not drivers. The Operations Manager will determine whether or not a person is able to drive alone based our his/her size, ability to comprehend, and follow instructions. We encourage the opportunity for everyone to enjoy ATV'ing but due to the nature of the sport some restrictions do apply. Participants must be at least 21 years of age and have a VALID credit card to make a reservation in their name. Participants are required to wear a helmet during the use of our ATVS. Cancellation is required 72 hours prior to reserved ride time. Reservations cancelled before 72 hours are subject to a $40 processing fee for refunding your deposit. If you are unable to cancel in time we will try to reserve another time for you or credit you towards another trip. If this is not possible then non cancelled tours will be charged full tour price. Participants must sign a liability release/rental agreement before participating in any tour. When renting an ATV for an extended period for your own use we require that you insure the machine and yourself with your auto policy and proof that the machine has been added to your insurance policy. We require a one driver deposit on all tours.  All credit card information will be validated upon confirmation of reservation. Persons completing reservations online understand that they agree to the terms and conditions of Fresh Air Rentals and its Policies.  Any and all damages to ATV's and/or equipment will be the financial responsibility of the guests whom incurred the damages at the time of the accident.  If a machine is damaged to the point it is inoperable on the tour there will be a $500 charge to retrieve the machine in addition to the repair costs.
